Automotive product training

for sales, retail and events

Technology translated into terms that convince in a sales conversation. For market launches, driving events and trade fairs, for teams in any country.

Automotive product training

Content

A new model sells through people who can explain it. Product training prepares sales staff, product specialists and event teams for exactly that.

Market launch

The model, trim levels and powertrains, what is new compared with its predecessor, and the target customers. Prepared so that the team advises with confidence from the first day of sales.

Competitor comparison

How the model measures up against its main rivals, factually and with the figures from the spec sheets, so that sales staff are ready for comparisons.

Benefit-led argumentation

A technical feature becomes an advantage the customer notices in everyday life. Practised on typical customer questions and objections.

Event briefings

Short, focused preparation for sales and event staff before driving events, dealer presentations and trade fairs, on site at the venue if you wish.

Who it is for

From the importer to the trade-fair stand: wherever a product needs explaining.

Manufacturers and importers

Product training for the dealer network, centrally or as a tour through the markets.

Dealerships

Prepare sales staff and service advisers for new models.

Event and exhibition agencies

Briefings for instructors, presenters and stand staff.

Training providers

Trainers for your product programmes, including assignments abroad.

Language, location and material

In any language

Training is held in your participants’ language. Professional interpreters are provided by our partner company Limundi Languages, including for mixed international groups.

On site or online

At the plant, at the dealership, in the training centre or at the test track, in Germany and abroad. Live online training is also possible.

Material

Training is usually based on your own material, even if it is in a different language. If there is none, we create presentations, participant handouts and tests ourselves.

Frequently asked questions

Do you also train sales techniques?

The focus is on the product: technology, equipment and benefits. We do not offer general sales or methodology training.

How short-notice can an event briefing be?

Often fairly short-notice. The earlier the material and schedule are available, the more precisely the briefing can be tailored to the vehicle and the event.
