High-voltage battery
Cells, modules and battery management, gross and usable capacity, ageing and what the driver can do about it. Plus the safety concepts that protect the system inside the vehicle.
for sales, service and production
How the battery, drive and charging technology of an electric vehicle work together, explained in your participants’ language, at the vehicle or online.
The training follows the path of the energy, from the charging point through the battery to the wheels. It is usually based on the manufacturer’s documentation for the model in question.
Cells, modules and battery management, gross and usable capacity, ageing and what the driver can do about it. Plus the safety concepts that protect the system inside the vehicle.
Electric machine, power electronics and transmission, regenerative braking and how it works with the friction brakes. Why an electric car pulls away the way it does, and what lies behind the drive modes.
AC and DC charging, charging power and charging curve, wall boxes, public charging points and route planning in the navigation system. Exactly the questions customers ask in the showroom and after handover.
Heat pump, preconditioning and battery temperature control, plus the factors that decide range in everyday driving: outside temperature, speed, route and driving style.
The same technology at different depths: each audience gets what it needs in its daily work.
Explain charging, range and running costs so that customers can picture the car in their own daily routine.
System understanding for diagnosis and repair, aligned with your workshop’s procedures and safety rules.
What the components have to achieve in the vehicle, so that the line knows what matters in assembly and testing.
Technical grounding for trainers who pass the subject on within their own organisation.
Training is held in your participants’ language. Professional interpreters are provided by our partner company Limundi Languages, including for mixed international groups.
At the plant, at the dealership, in the training centre or at the test track, in Germany and abroad. Live online training is also possible.
Training is usually based on your own material, even if it is in a different language. If there is none, we create presentations, participant handouts and tests ourselves.
No. Anyone who works on high-voltage systems needs the qualification required in their country, in Germany under DGUV Information 209-093. Our training provides the technical knowledge of the specific vehicle and combines well with it.
If vehicles or components are available, part of the training takes place right there. We agree the type and scope with you beforehand.
