How it works

At an event, what matters is that everyone knows the key facts and has an answer to the typical questions. A briefing gets the team onto the same page in a short time.

  1. Alignment

The vehicle, the event schedule, the expected guests and the messages that matter to you.

  2. Key messages

The most important technical facts and benefits, short and worded so that they work in conversation.

  3. Questions and answers

Typical guest questions, including the awkward ones, and how to answer them factually.

  4. At the vehicle

Wherever possible at the vehicle itself: demonstrating functions, practising operation, going through the driving programme.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a briefing take?

As long as the content and schedule of the event require, usually much shorter than a training. We agree the scope with you beforehand.

Can the briefing take place at the venue?

Yes, and that is often the best option, because the vehicle and surroundings can be included directly.
